We are Katy ATPE, the largest professional teachers group in the Katy ISD system.  As professionals, with over 1700 members in Katy, it is our passion to work diligently with our students and our administrators to ensure continued academic excellence.

What We Do...

*  PROTECTION- The ATPE state office provides eligible members with protection  in the form of professional liability insurance and legal benefits regarding contracts, evaluations, student discipline, certification and more.

*  ADVOCACY-  We work to keep our members up to date on legislative issues that relate to education with our Legislative Area Network (LAN) and legislative updates.

*  RESOURCES-members have access to exclusive services and discounts. In addition  members  stay up to date through online CPE credits and special updates for new teachers, para-professionals, and TAKS.

Only $7.75 per pay period for returning members. For new members, $5.00 per pay period; for Associate Members, $4.00 per pay period.
